By downloading, accessing, or using the neat application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

neat is an AI-powered personal styling application that helps you digitize your wardrobe, generate outfit recommendations, analyze outfits, chat with an AI stylist, and virtually try on clothing. The App uses artificial intelligence to provide suggestions and is not a substitute for professional fashion advice.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

neat offers a free tier with limited AI credits and a paid "Pro" subscription with unlimited access. Subscription details:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Free trial period, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses AI to generate outfit suggestions, style advice, and garment analysis. This content is provided "as-is" and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated recommendations. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional fashion, health, or purchasing advice.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos and data you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it within the App for the purpose of providing our services. We do not use your content for advertising or share it with other users.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse the App or its AI services
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Use automated tools to access the App

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and AI models are the property of neat and its licensors. Inspiration images shown in the App may be sourced from third parties and are used for educational and styling purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to purchasing decisions made based on AI recommendations, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
